Hello, I would want to resolve the following question, ¿Can I connect the satellite module in his PCB with from USB 2.0 and external power supply on the same time? for example, such as show you the picture attached. It’s possible to do that and the modem can convey packets to Satellite.

Yes, that should work. The external power supply will deliver power to the modem - through the “ideal diode” circuit.
