TAS606 200kg Load Cell not going above 20kg

I have a TAS606 Disc type load cell that I am using, however I am having some issues with it. I have the 200 kg rated load cell, and it is reading very well up to 10 kg, however after this point the load cell does not read accurately. The load cell has never read above 20 kg, despite 200 kg being applied to it. Are there any calibration settings that I need to be aware of? Do you know how I could fix this issue?

I am a part of a biomedical engineering senior design group at Rutgers University. We are having trouble getting accurate readings from our force sensor (Load Cell - 200kg, Disc (TAS606)) when the applied weight is over 15 lbs. When we apply light weight, we get accurate readings. Is there a way to check if the load cell is blown? Do you know any possible ways to fix this?
