Teensy 4.1 w/o Ethernet DOA

I just received my Teensy 4.1 board and it looks like it’s DOA. VIN has 5V however, the 3.3 pin shows 0.5mV

I didn’t test the board until I’d soldered the headers on, however, after other research I’m seeing that others are seeing the same issue at time.

Any help would be great.
