Thing Plus - ESP32 internal antenna vs. U.FL

Wondering the appx. range/quality differences between the two antenna options. My problem domain has extremely high G-Force applications that would require me to do a lot with a U.FL antenna to hold it down. I don’t need a lot of range (10’) so hoping the internal antenna for BLE would be sufficient?

The internal antenna should be able to do 10 feet without any issues but test it under your conditions to be sure.
