I installed the driver for this board
but when I connect it to my PC, The computer does not recognize the board
and in the Arduino IDE, I don’t have a port associated with it too
how can i make it work?

Try swapping cables, also ensure “Installation for the ESP32 Thing Plus is two-fold. Like the ESP32 Thing, you will want to install the board definitions via the Arduino Boards manager. In addition, you will also need to download and install the latest CP2104 USB Driver.
