Hello! Is there any possibility of STEP files being released for the Thing Plus RP2350 (WRL-25134)? It would be much better if they could be released for everyone as opposed to requiring users to generate the STEP files themselves (especially due to the required Eagle license and setup process).
(As a side note, a pinout diagram would also be very helpful - manually determining pins with a combination of the schematics and RP2350 documentation is a pain)
Sparkfun usually does not release STEP files. Let’s see what they say this time.
^ like they said, we usually don’t release STEP for standard boards/sensors (the eagle license is free; we will be migrating to KiCAD formats soon-ish)
Some items will have an associated graphical datasheet, it mostly depends on whether the engineering team had enough time during their project to afford one or not; if you don’t feel like hopping around from screen-to-screen you can feed the schematic + whatever to an AI model and it can whip one up in seconds

No worries! There are some, but it’s generally the exception and not the rule
