Thumb Joystick Breakout BOB-09110 potentially corrupt eagle file

I’m attempting to use the joystick breakout in a design, but the eagle file won’t port into KiCad (I don’t have eagle on this machine). I viewed the raw SCH file in Notepad++ and there are a lot of NULL flags, and I’m concerned that there is a problem with the file itself. Other board files port into KiCad fairly easily.

I’m attempting to push this board into freecad to build around, but the existing STL isn’t useful for this purpose and there’s no STP linked to the board. Could somebody take a look at the file to ensure that it is still intact?

Thank you Russell. Seeing it work in Eagle reminded me that I could access it in Fusion 360 (under protest). That allowed me to re-export it into KiCad, which then allowed me to port it to FreeCAD. An extra step, but now it works. I appreciate the time you took to look into this.
