I bought new TOL-18627.
When insert in PC USB port, windows not recognize it (see picture).
Zadig and Pulseview also dont find it.
I tried another USB cable, port, PC without success.
It sounds it might be a defective unit; if purchased from us head to www.sparkfun.com/returns and fill out the form (if bought elsewhere, contact them for similar)
