For a project that I’m working on, I need to link a micro and an organic-LED display wirelessly. A serial interface seems to be best. Is it possible for me to use two modules like the “Bluetooth SMD Module - Roving Networks” and have them communicate with each other? (One at the micro, and one at the OLED). It looks like these are designed to communicate with a PC via a usb dongle (I think), but I was wondering if it was possible to do what I wanted to do. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
cheaper, easier to use a pair of XBee series 1 modules and their plug and play serial port extension capability.
PC comms can be USB or serial.
