hi , I found an other low cost GNSS receiver firm using a different low cost RTK chip called Skytraq PX100 , the product called POLARIS S100 receiver , and I see the advantages of smaller board and more channels (230) , I thought maybe you can make in future a new receiver with such a chip .

I think Sparkfun gives more priority to performance over cost. What about the accuracy of SKYTRAQ? Is there any comparative performance record available?
there is not a direct comparative , both of those chips are low cost RTK gnss , if you would like to compare you have to download data sheet PDF for each one , skytraq PX100-2C-01A and ublox ZED-F9P , ONE is Taiwanese and the other is Switzerland but i think sparkfun are aware about it because the have some skytraq chips on the website , they have theirs reasons why chose ublox.
