USB-C female charging port for smart phones

Hello, I’m working on a project integrating a USB-C female port into a custom made cup holder. I don’t know much about electronics, but am looking for a board that will accept 12V DC input, and output, 5V with at least 3A of power. Does such a board exist?

i HAD PURCHASED YOUR BOB-15100 AND THOUGHT i COULD HOOK IT UP TO A dc-dc CONVERTER OUTPUTTING 5V@3a, BUT WHEN I soldered connectors to the VBUS and Ground, I was not getting power to the device I plugged into the USB-C port…why would this be? I was looking for a single board that would do this and provide cell phone charging power to a USB-C female port.

Section 3 of the datasheet at https://cdn.sparkfun.com/assets/e/b/4/f … asheet.pdf, which is listed in the documents for that breakout, says that you need 10 KOhm pull-up resistors to CC1 and CC2 for that current capability to be detected by the device you are connecting to the port.
