Received a usb A to C cable that will power a ProMicro RP-2040 but will not communicate.
All of my cable work with this board… from any usb A port…
Is this a power only cable?

Might be a bad cable. Have you tried flipping it around the other way on each connector? Maybe just one is faulty.
It shouldn’t be power only lol…make sure you aren’t in bootloader mode on the 2350 too
I’m just dropping uf2 files onto the board, works with my cables, but not with the “reversable”, in any of the 4 permutations…

They are kind of a “novelty” cable, when they work they are cool and unusual but I’ve had problems with them in the past.
