USB problem with MKR NB 1500

I purchased two Arduino MKR NB 1500 boards. I have used one board with the Arduino IDE, but when I plug the second board in to USB, windows says that device is not recognized. I get no available comm port. If I plug in the other board, everything is fine for it. Is this board bricked or the USB side is not working?

Solved!

I double tapped the reset button to enter bootloader mode, the comm port was established, uploaded simple test code and everything works.
