Voltage level shifter output issues

Hello All!,

I am using the https://www.sparkfun.com/products/12009 to convert the voltage level of a 0-5V TTL signal to 0-10 V TTL. am able to see the output on a oscilloscope, but I am unable to read it on DAQ. Can anyone please help me with this issue?

What are you using for DAQ?

I’m using the high level shifted TTL signal as counter to read the frequency of it. I’m using Ni 6238 for that.

If you’re getting correct transmissions showing on the oscilloscope then the data is there. Possibly the DAQ is configured incorrectly or something else is incompatible with it and not the level translator. It’s just difficult to nail this type of problem down.
