Looks like I have a bad one. No comms, no power. First one I’ve seen. Called customer service, and they suggested I post here since they didnt know the answer. Thanks!
We have our normal 30 day warranty window - if it was a recent purchase I’d recommend a replacement, just fill out that form
And it looks like Macchina might support it further (hard to tell based on the verbage, but might be worth a shot emailing them if you are beyond the 30 days)
