WAV Trigger Noise w/ Drum Gates

Hey everyone, I’ve been having issues hooking up all of my gear together with my WAV trigger drum machine. I just finished a PCB project that allows external gates from synth gear to trigger samples, and when I connect a cable I get a cycling feedback through all the active channels on my mixer. The noise is in sync with the WAV trigger LED, which is blinking 3 times every second. Once I disconnect the cable, the LED goes back to blinking once per second. This also only occurs if I try to connect more than one device to the mixer or my beatstep pro. If both my 0coast and the WAV trigger are connected to either the beatstep OR the mixer, the noise comes back. All 3 devices are powered from the same power strip so I guess it’s not a ground loop? I also tried adding chokes to my cables, this affects the sound but it doesn’t go away. Any thoughts on what the 3 blinks on the WAV trigger might have to do with this?

Now that I’m thinking about it some more, the WAV trigger seems like it might keep resetting itself since it blinks three times on startup. I’m using the onboard amp to send audio, but maybe this is an impedance mismatch issue?
