WAV trigger

Hi,

For initial medical device prototype, we are looking for simple development kit or PC interface (maybe using Arduino?) to this board.

Requirement:

  1. Load new WAV files from the PC to the board.

  2. Trigger selected output.

any suggestions?

Thanks,

Matan

Hi Matan,

Unfortunately, none of the audio boards we carry will work to load WAV files directly from a PC interface. They all require WAV/MP3 files to be loaded on an SD card which is then inserted into the audio board. The [WAV Trigger can be controlled by a PC via the serial protocol. We cover that control method and a bunch more about the WAV Trigger in our [Hookup Guide for the board. We have Hookup Guides similar to the one I linked for pretty much all of our SparkFun Originals including our [Audio Boards if you want to browse the other Audio boards we carry.](Audio Boards - SparkFun Electronics)](WAV Trigger Hookup Guide V11 - SparkFun Learn)](https://www.sparkfun.com/products/13660)

Thanks
