Way of Extracting Data from Express Kit (ZED F9P chip)

Hello Everyone,
I want to extract GNSS data from U-Center / other softwares in CSV format with only Timestamps (UTC) , Latitude, and Longitude like:

HH:MM:SS, Lat, Long1.
.
.
.

What’s the best way to export or filter just these fields from a recording?
Note: Timestamp should be in UTC

Quick question, why not log the NMEA sentences directly from the F9P, and skip U-Center completely ?

Is U-Center important for your workflow ?
