It doesn’t look as though it was designed for a particular display. You will have to find a display that fits the removable panel and get the panel machined for it.

It is a very nice plastic insert. Very slotted and nice.
It hard to believe it wasn’t set to some standard.
I hope someone can enlighten me.
If it was machinable, I wouldn’t think they would slot it so nice on all 4 sides,
but I could be wrong.
I want it to fit an LCD2S-162BIW, but the hole is slightly too small.

That panel was designed to be drilled / dremeled out to fit the connectors of your choice. As far as I know, there is no LCD that fits there. The slotting is so the panel can easily be replaced; assuming the first one gets messed up during cutting.
