What's the larged BatchPCB you've done?

The BatchPCB rules are “Any size up to 10x15”, measured

in inch increments".

I expected to only need smallish boards, but something

I’m working on would push the PCB size larger.

Currently I have fabbed a couple of 4 x 6 (24 sq in)

PCBs, which cost around eighty bucks each through

BatchPCB.

Has anyone used this service for larger single PCBs?

For bigger boards I usually just get a panel made at GoldPheonix. BatchPCB becomes expensive when you want a couple of larger boards, probably more expensive than a 650sq. cm panel at GP ($89)

Stupid for with its errors… Sorry for the triple post.

Same here. BPCB is great for onesees and twosees of small boards like breakouts or simple prototypes. Anything bigger than 2"x2", I just get a whole $89 batch done through Gold Phoenix. 9 out of 10 times, anything bigger than 2"x2" is somthing I intend to sell eventually. If I get lucky on my first run, I end up with a batch of usable, sellable boards
