In EAGLE which files to generate and send for stencil making folks ?
What are the extension of those files?
What are the extension of the creame/paste file?

Take a look at the tcream layer for the top and the bcream for the bottom. If you turn all of the other layers off, you can compare what you see on the screen to the actual circuit layout and see if it’s correct.
I’m not sure what the standard extensions are, though.

Predefined EAGLE Layers
31 tCream
Solder cream, top side
32 bCream
Solder cream, bottom side
To get these to be output you need to run a
custom CADCAM job that will generate 2 Gerbers,
one for top and bottom with only the appropriate
data.
