I’m going to learn bluetooth and I’m not going to start with a ready module, but to make PCB, solder and program! 
I’m on chip selection stagge now…
Wifi:
Is there any single chip soluiton for wifi available? As long as I heard, Microchip is going to (or even released) one, but I can’t find it on internet.
Bluetooth:
For bluetooth I’ve a CSR BC01bv chip, but it is BGA 9X9 I don’t know how to make a footprint for it yet (to address each dot in the matrix) I post a question of PCB making to the PCB part of the forum.
Also I found the AT76C551 from Atmel but I can’t find where to buy it, it is 
Any suggestion for someone who is too much interested to learn wireless communication from ground up?
