I tried to find other sites and datasheets but there are no specific information about used ic chip and maximum distance.

Could you tell me them(Used ic chip and maximum distance of WRL-14147)?

In general the maximum distance of UHF tags can be up to 12 meters. Let’s see what the manufacturer has to say.
