xbee error

hello…

i have 2 xbee module. i try to communicate both xbee. when i send one data to other xbee, the xbee receive the data but has something error display together. And that xbee always running without transmit any data. If i give command +++ the receive data will stop about 20 sec.After than the receive continue running. how to stop the receive running and get the actual data when i transmit and receive data. that mean when i tx “A” ,i get “A” at rx.

my error:

at tx: send “A”

at rx:get “.xA.~…”

Which XBees? Series 1 or 2?

Which is the Firmware Version as reported by ‘Test/Query’ in X-CTU? This will tell us exactly which XBee you have and which document covers that XBee. Have you downloaded and read the Digi XBee doc?

What are the parameter settings in both XBees?

How are you sending an ‘A’ into the XBee?

What software are you using on the PC to send/receive from the XBee?

Which Interface between the XBee and PC are you using?
