Xbee Wireless Retail Kit

Hello i recently bought an [xbee wireles retail kit from from sparkfun.

I was doing practice on Arduino but this is first time im working with Xbee. Im trying to make [this tutorial in sparkfun

site which Nathan have did. I want to use Arduino Duemilanove instead. Everything worked fine, i made the configurations

from X-CTU software.I downloaded the [blink program hex file example which Naten have put to tutorial. But when i press

download from Screamer program, it just waits target IC to boot broadcast. I skipped the AVR boatloading part because im using

Duemilanove. Can it be the problem? Yes, you will need to burn the new bootloader to the IC on your Arduino board. Also, if the IC is an ATmega328 you will need [Wireless_Bootloader_ATmega328.zip instead.

You will also need to have configured your XBee modules and if you want the auto-reset modification you’ll need to connect two of the pins on the Explorer board also.
