XRP board stopped functioning following software update from XRP Code editor

I purchased a XRP robot. I assembled the robot successfully following the assembly video. I then followed the software setup video. After following the instructions on the XRP code editor to update the XRP software I powered off the XRP. When I powered it back on the power light came on but the status and RGB LEDs stayed off and the XRP code editor could no longer connect to the XRP. I followed the instructions to reflash the XRP firmware and this appeared to succeed as the status LED flashed intermittently. However, following this the status and RGB LEDs remained off and remain off when I power the XRP. The red power LED comes on so I know the board is receiving power but no longer functions.

Problem Solved. It appears that updating the firmware from the XRP editor erased the preloaded program that the XRP was shipped with which is why the LED behavior changed. Not sure why I could not reconnect to the XRP but I re-flashed the XRP with the firmware from the Micro Python site and confirmed the I could load and execute the installation verification program.
