ZEDf9p not getting connecting with arduino UNO

Hello everyone. I am using Sparkfun zedf9p module RTK2go. I have connected it with arduino via UART. But on programmming arduino itis not giving me any signals on u-center. Kindly help

  • - What kind of code are you uploading to the Arduino?
  • - Are you using any level shifting on the serial pins?
