yep, Eagle 3D. Thats probably how they all did it. It’s pretty easy to get nice renders after a couple hours getting it all right. Someone was pretty generous and incorporated a good sized library of parts too.
The Pulsonix software I use gives a nice 3D representation of the board using OpenGL, it can even be rotated in 3D.

Protel does it too, even allows you to export the 3d model as an IGES file, which many 3d packages (3D Studio, Solidworks etc) accept.
