Hey, I just received my order with KIT-16497

the Alchitry Au inside is unresponsive, connecting it to power (macbook usb-c port) doesn’t do anything,

no flashing leds, no power led, not recognised on computer, no serial port, nothing.

Also tried to connect it to a different power supply, nothing.

Please advice.
