I have made a breakout circuit for the IC ICM20948. Looking at the schematic there seems to be a n-channel mosfet for level shifting. I would like to know the name of the mosfet used or any similar that would work for for same circuit.

Hi - the part used in the ICM breakout board is #RE1C002UNTCL from Rohm Semiconductor. It is a high-speed low-threshold N-channel mosfet.
