Any GPS unit with raw carrier phase output?

Hi guys,

We have developed a positioning algorithm using raw carrier phase output, but the GPS receiver we used has been discontinued… I want to know whether Sparkfun has any GPS receiver modules with such output?

Search uBlox, model 4T if I am not wrong. Search in all pages, as it is not easy to find this info.
