Please recommend a GPS module, thanks!

Hi all,

I’m looking for a GPS module with the following features:

  1. Has raw carrier phase output

  2. Update rate >= 10Hz

  3. Has USB port connection.

We purchased LEA-4T from u-blox before, but this module has been discontinued. New modules do not have raw output, or only update in 2Hz. Can anyone recommend any other modules to me? Must be available products, not discontinued ones. Thanks a lot.

I am also interested in a GPS receiver with raw carrier phase information. Does anyone have information on the available options < $200?
