AWS SARA-R5 Endpoint error

Hello,

I am developing an application with the SARA-R5 AWS IoT ExpressLink SARA-R5 Starter Kit V2 KIT-21229.

I have followed all the steps here: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/iot-express … count.html but when I send AT+CONNECT after everything has been setted up, I just get “ERR14 7 UNABLE TO CONNECT Endpoint is not valid” and in the Error Codes Documentation (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/iot-express … lpg-table1) the HINT 7 of ERR14 is not described, so I do not know how to aproach this.

The endpoint is set as AT+CONF Endpoint= and aftera few seconds the kit returns OK.

How can I solve this?

So, it looks like the error has changed…progress! heh

Maybe try posting in the AWS support to see if they have a list of the error codes tucked away somewhere?

Do you have any link to that support? As I only find the general AWS.
