I am trying to change the baud rate of the Bluesmirf device but I am running into some trouble. The instructions say:
Once connected, the device will be in data mode allowing data to flow in both directions as if the serial port were locally attached to the PC. The device must be in command mode for configuration and programming. To enter command mode type “$$$” (three dollar signs) from either the remote Bluetooth connection or the local serial port connection. You must enter command mode within 60 seconds (configurable by setting the config timer).
Can someone please tell me where to enter the $$$ command? I don’t seem to have access to a terminal window or anything like that when i connect the device to my computer (I have windows vista).
Sorry of the noob question, I really new to all this.
