Board failure after FW update: GPS-18031 (SARA-R510M8S)

Board failed after following procedure to update firmware with EasyFlash by following quick start guide. Followed EasyFlash prompts to turn-off/on with Sara-on button.

After update board would not connect to M-center with socket binding errors on the AT terminal. Could not reflash because board would not respond to Sara-on button to turn off/on. Not responsive to reset but to force rebooting into boot rom.

Does a Port appear at all? Try disconnecting the board and then power cycling the PC; same behavior?

The port appears, but M-center and EasyFlash tool is unable to connect. In terminal mode no AT commands are accepted. (No AT, OK)
