i’m looking to build an RF shutter release for a digital camera.
remote needs to be battery powered and receiver can be powered by usb-c. receiver will interface with the camera via 3.5mm input.
should I look at the xbee kit?
You certainly can…does it need to be RF? You could probably do this a lot cheaper using wifi/BT on 2 esp32s if that is an option

from what i’ve seen, bluetooth has more latency that I need than RF.
