I cannot connect my RTK Surveyor SPX-17369 by WiFi to enable configuration.
Following the instructions I can open the RTK Config network.
But when in Chrome I enter the address 192.168.1 Chrome responds with:
This site can’t be reached
192.168.4.1 took too long to respond.
Is 192.168.4.1 the wrong address for configuration?
That’s the correct address…try running through the steps here https://learn.sparkfun.com/tutorials/sp … ion—wifi and see if that helps
I have done this many times! After opening the RTK Config network and in Chrome entering 192.168.1 Chrome displays:

I also have tried doing the configuration connecting a USB-C cable to the RTK and using Terra Term VT to connect to COM4.
Following all the instructions I can connect on COM4 and see the scrolling info from the RTK.
The instructions say to hit any key to stop the scrolling and enter the configuration menu.
But no matter what keys I enter nothing stops the scrolling of the data from the RTK. Can’t access the configuration menu.
Very frustrating!
Ooops! I had the USB-C in the wrong port on the RTK. So in the correct port the Serial interface works and I could configure the RTK Surveyor.
