CC was charged but no orders in history or confirmation email

Hey All, not sure where to go with this, by I just tried to place an order and my CC was charged, but I received no order confirmation and there’s no orders in my account history. When I clicked to submit the order it just refreshed and wend back to the shopping cart like no order had been placed (but my Apple Pay on my phone showed that the transaction went through).

I have a lot more ordering to do (like hundreds of units), but I don’t want to move forward with the additional orders until I know things will go through properly.

Please advise.

I’m showing this one and a second order from today, they’ll both be ‘processing’ until they actually ship out (either today in 5 minutes or tomorrow 2pm MST) and the confirmation email gets sent along with tracking info

But! It’s weird your orders aren’t showing up…are they appearing now a few hours later?

No, I think what happened was that the billing address didn’t match the card, so it didn’t let the order go through … however, the charge hit my card and then was immediately refunded (I saw this when I went into the card’s online banking).

What’s weird is that there was no message saying that the transaction failed in the cart, which is what was really confusing. It just refreshed and went right back into the cart like nothing happened … but then I got the ping in apple pay.

All seems resolved, so no further action is needed.
