Support issues

Hi there,

I’ve been having trouble with the checkout system on the site. I have attempted to post on this forum about it, but all posts of substance are blocked by the spam filter as having “forbidden words,” oh noes. I sent an email to support@batchpcb.com but have yet to receive a reply.

Is there some way of communicating my problems that will NOT get blocked or eaten? I’d really like to get my PCBs made :stuck_out_tongue:

Right! OK, here’s my problem.

I’m trying to place an order via credit card. I enter all the data, and I get as far as the “Order Confirmation” page. However, when I hit the “Confirm Order” button, I get sent back to the Payment Information page. The only indication of what went wrong is some text in the address bar:

So, I get the impression that the credit card is being declined immediately upon submission… which seems odd to me, because it usually takes a bit of time for orders to be processed. I know for a fact that the card is OK – it’s the same one I use daily for Digi-Key orders. Is there any way I can get feedback on what exactly the problem is with the card?

Oh. Also, there’s an order on my account (order # 3860) that I accidentally placed while messing around trying to get my order to work – it’s waiting for PayPal, but I don’t actually have a PayPal account :oops: If there’s any way you can cancel this order, you should probably do so, because I’m unable to pay it :stuck_out_tongue:

FYI: This is fixed. Turns out the site doesn’t like billing info/credit card info conflicts. Oh well. Word to the wise.
