Creating a 4 - layer PCB with the SFE cam job

Hi there,

I’m working on a project that will require a 4-layer board to route, and I’m wonderinf if there are specific settings I should use in Eagle to make things pain free to use with Batch PCB.

ie - which route layers should I use?

will the SFE special Cam job process the inner layers?

what file names will corespond to the inner layers?

are blind vias allowed, and how may I enable these in eagle?

am I right to understand that with the 4 - layer service we may also use 7mil trace, 7mil distance, 15mil drills?

Sorry for the probably simplistic questions, but this will be my first time making a 4-layer board.
