Data logger data graphed on cell phone

Shows a cell phone graphing “Data Logger IoT 9DoF” data.

Is it possible to do this directly from the Data Logger to the phone?

Where can I locate information on how to set this up?

Can data be logged to AWS and show on cell phone at same time?
