Does anyone have a ANN-MB2 enclosure or holder 3D Print File?

Looking for a 3D print file for a holder for an ANN-MB2 antenna? I saw a video somewhere where some guy printed an extension to go on top of his outdoor enclosure to mount the ANN-MB2.

I have searched all the 3D print sites with no luck.

I want to do something similar. Sadly my design skills are severely limited. I can only do super simple stuff.
