DRC Stop Mask Error

I am a novice so please bare with me and don’t scream to loud if I am in the wrong forum.

I am using eagle to create a PCB with the intent to send it to PCBBatch for prototyping. Everything looks great until I run the Sparkfun DRC check. Then I get a slew of “stop mask” errors. Is there anyway that I can still ship this to PCBBatch with these errors ? The errors occur because the top silkscreen is touching the masked area. I have tried editing the parts and moving the placement lines to the tdoc layer but the schematic and board never reflect the change even though I can see the changes in the library. I would create new parts, but I can’t seem to copy anything from the eagle libraries ( the option is greyed out). Any help would be a great help.

I removed the eagle.epf file and the components refreshed from the library. I then went in and modified the components so that layer 21 artifacts did not interfere with the stop mask. Everything passed DRC and its off to BatchPCB.
