Error in connecting operator in Australia

I got Sparkfun lte cat m1/nb-iot shield and followed Example 00_Register operator. It worked and Blue LED was on but SMS is not receiving. So I turned off and start again. It keeps showing Error connecting to the operator.

Hi Paul

I used hologram SIM card and it was already activated . It connected fine at the beginning but not receiving SMS. After reconnecting again, it showed the error as above.

Hello Aung,

Between ‘successful’ connections, did anything change like your setup’s location? Australia is listed as a covered country, however, there could be dead spots like with any cellular network. That’s one option to consider.

Are you able to see any activity on your Hologram Dashboard from that SIM card? (See image below)

Hi Brandon,

I took out the Sim card and reset the power between successful connection. I did not change setup location. I tried two different locations and tried other operators - Telstra and Vodafone. They all failed to connect.
