I purchased a redboard turbo and the SparkFun LTE CAT M1/NB-IoT Shield - SARA-R4 that came with the sim. When using the 00-register-operator example, everything works great until i choose an operator from the list then it returns an error. I checked with hologram and the sim is set up and good to go the serial monitor report is attached.

The only thing I can think of that would be causing your trouble is if you’re in an area that doesn’t have coverage by the Hologram SIM. Have you tried relocating closer to a large city?
yes i live in a big city. There are about 8 operators to choose from Verizon , At&t, T-mobile, none of them connect. it also doen’t work on my uno either. I was thinking of trying usb but i don’t know what software to use with windows, and i don’t want to have to try and remove the solder from the jumper either.
