Everything is offline in the SparkFun Surveyor KIT (GPS-17370)

I’m struggling with the same issue. My Rtk Surveyer works perfectly with U-centre, but with sw maps I dont have data. I can connect the bluetooth, but no gnss data.

Can I ask what was the solution in your case?

Also: If the onboard switch is in Bluetooth mode, bluetooth is disconnecting after a second. It holds the connection in Ext Centr mode.

What version of the firmware are you using? We are currently on ~v3.2 so if you’re more than a few steps behind, I recommend upgrading. https://docs.sparkfun.com/SparkFun_RTK_ … re_update/
