Exact outside diameter for SparkFun LuMini LED Ring - 2 Inch (40 x APA102-2020)

I’m looking to place this LuMini LED Ring (2") into a gauge pod that measures exactly 2" (51mm). One of the product photo shows a measurement that makes the ring appear to be more like 54mm outside diameter.

I don’t mind sanding down the edges, cleaning up the mounting tabs. Do you have a more exact measurement of the outside diameter without the mounting tabs?
