Flashing profiles to XBee using Windows 7 64x

Windows 7 Using friends:

Has anyone succeeded flashing profiles with X-CTU to XBee Pro’s using Windows 7 64x? Are there any tricks to get it to work?

My research tells me that X-CTU might “seem” to work, but the real problem is that the drivers won’t if they aren’t 64 bit drivers.

Just to update you. I found the solution:

First I tried updating the FTDI drivers to the 2.8.17.0 (beta) and it still didn’t work

Then I uninstalled all the FTDI drivers and reinstalled them, and it still didn’t work

Finally I tried going through the list of BAUD rates and at one of the higher ones it communicated fine.

I would suggest trying this with future similar problems.
