Does anyone know of any good software to place multiple designs together? I am trying to put multiple designs on the same board in a particular shape. Unfortunately the two designs are coming from different software packages (one is in Orcad, the other is in Protel).

gerbmerge - kind of a rube goldberg set up but once you’ve got it going, it works surpisingly well. the price is right - free.

My main problem has been getting GerbTool (the Gerber program I know the best) to import these Protel Gerber files. I think once i get that I can merge and panelize to my heart’s content.
uh, then why did you ask for a different program?
