Hi, I have a SparkFun GPS-RTK-SMA breakout with a u-blox ZED-F9P that I purchased through DigiKey in April. It was working previously, but now it isn’t receiving any satellites. I’ve tested different antenna in u-center and the board could not pick up any signals. I can still program the board, but something seems wrong with its ZED-F9P module or the antenna circuit. I’d like to send the board to SparFun for diagnosis and repair. Can you help me start an RMA? Thanks!
Can you measure 3V DC on the center pin of the RF connector or trace?
Is warranty still available?

Looks like the inductor was cracked. It has been replaced and the board tested and now sees 30+ SIV at our HQ.
The board should be shipped back to the address we have on file for you soon.
I will PM you with a tracking number once I obtain one from our shipping department.
